SF Products (Engineering structural foam)
 |
- Characteristics:
- A sandwich structure with a skin layer as the surface and a foam layer as the core, it is molded by low-pressure foam injection method.
- Based on unit weight, its rigidity is 1.3 -1.4 times compare to solid resin, and 4-5 times compare to metal.
- It has excellent dimensional stablity, and the 'one step parts integration molding method' is able to reduce cost.
Applications:
Film development tanks, X-ray film developing machines, housings for OA equipment, car exterior components and parabolic antenna reflectors, etc. |
MGAI products (Gas assist injection method)
 |
- Characteristics:
- Shares the characteristics of both SF molding and solid molding.
- The hollow rib structure confers rigidity and a smooth surface.
- Adjustable thickness enables flexible design.
Applications:
Car panel roofs, OA equipment housings, medical equipment housings, parabolic antenna reflectors, etc. |
