V-belts for Agricultural Machinery (Raw edge type)
V-belts for Agricultural machinery are thin belts designed to withstand harsh operating conditions such as high impact, smaller pulley diameters, reverse bending, and usage in high-temperature environments, compared to general industrial belts.
Cog-type has low heat generation and excellent heat resistance and crack resistance. Due to the raw-edge specification without fabric on the sides, it has a strong grip and can transmit high power. Orange Label Cogged V-belt is thinner and have excellent flexibility compared to a typical V-belts.
SUPER AG-COG 4 is a belt that has been enhanced with heat resistance and crack resistance compared to Orange Label Cogged V-belts. It is designed to withstand use in the driving parts of all agricultural machinery.
SUPER AG-COG 20 has superior flexibility and improved durability compared to Orange Label Cogged V-belt and Super AG-Cog 4. By using high-hardness chloroprene rubber, it further enhances abrasion resistance compared to Super AG-Cog 4. It has excellent impact resistance due to the use of special aramid tensile cord.
